International orders are defined as orders with destinations outside the
United States. We regularly process international orders with an especially good customer
base in Canada, United Kingdom, France, and Australia. Please review information on this page
if you're a first time international customer.
International orders have several special considerations including shipping,
customs, and payment.
• Shipping Methods and cost vary depending on total
weight, level of service, carrier, and destination country. Our primary international carrier
is the US Post Office. All orders ship from 91 Delaware Court, Saint Charles, MO 63303
USA. Note that no handling fees are applied and we do not add any additional charges to a
carrier's quoted shipping cost.
• Customs Each country has its own customs clearance
for incoming goods. Customs may add delivery delays and cost to your order. As each
country's customs department is unique, please understand your country's policies before
ordering.
• Payment International orders must complete payment
with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card or PayPal. Checks, Purchase Orders and
other forms of payment are not accepted.
How to Order:
Order online using our website. During the checkout process you will be asked
to choose a shipping option. For international customers, choose "International" and complete
the checkout. Once your order is received we will calculate at least one shipping option based
on weight and destination country. The shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery will be
emailed to you for approval. Once approved by you, the submitted credit card will be charged
and the order will ship. You may cancel the order anytime during this process before we
handoff to the selected shipping agent.
