Ordering.
The Power-On website provides the latest prices, products and news updates. All products are in stock and ship the same business day if ordered before 2pm CST. No minimum purchase. Domestic online orders can compare UPS shipping prices during order checkout, before entering payment details. All online orders receive email confirmation of order receipt and follow-up email with tracking number. Customers ordering outside the United States should read about international orders.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Domestic customers may also pay by UPS COD, if not shipping to a PO Box. COD orders incur an additional $9.50 charge. Personal checks are not accepted.

Shipping.
Orders received before 2:00pm CST will ship the same business day, all others ship next business day. There are no handling charges. Domestic orders ship UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Charges are shown during cart checkout, before payment information is requested. Follow-up email with tracking number will be provided.

APO, FPO, and PO Boxes will ship US Air Mail. Shipping to international locales is explained here.

Sales Tax.
Orders placed outside the State of Missouri are not subject to sales tax. Orders placed inside Missouri will be taxed at 5.95%. Missouri tax exempt resellers please fax Missour Retail Sales License to 636-634-3439.

Purchase Orders.
Available for schools, government agencies, publicly traded corporations, and some privately held companies. If a first time customer, fax company information accompanied with PO. As a minimum company information should contain physical address, brief history or description of organization, phone, fax, email, website, and 3 credit references. Also need contact person with contact email and phone number.

Product Warranty.
All products include a 30 day money back guarantee, excluding shipping costs. Products are warranted for 1 year.
