Metal faceplate used to convert a SFX-L form factor
(125Lx100Wx63.5H mm) power supply into more common PS2 form factor
(140Lx150Wx86H mm). This allows a SFX-L power supply to be used in PS2
cases in addition to native SFX-L format.
